Ambra Chocolate manufactures semifinished products and creams for the food industry and craftsmanship of excellence. The Kosher certification guarantees extremely rigorous work method and processes at every stage, from the selection of raw materials to the final product.
About us
Ambra Chocolate is a creams and chocolates contract manufacturer, its greatest strength is customisation as the in-house lab follows and processes the recipes/formulas together with the client, significantly reducing time to market.
The production capacity is high, yet it allows for reduced minimum quantities thanks to plants flexibility.
Products are supplied loose, in 1-ton mobile tanks, buckets, drops of different sizes and sticks.
A new company with a long history
It was born from passion, willingness to do well, the idea of a technological, dynamic and flexible enterprise and a cross-value concept throughout all phases of production and supply.
The logo is a stylised cocoa flower, but also a star, a drop, an expanding force, a game of shapes, fullness and void, a pentagon…
Just like chocolate, it’s everchanging and turns into a thousand different flavours depending on its texture and formula.
